The Challenge
Lumen Skin had product-market fit and a loyal repeat base, but every attempt to spend past AED 15k a month pushed cost per acquisition above contribution margin. The account ran a single evergreen campaign, one creative concept, and a shipping-threshold offer that trained customers to buy small. There was no post-purchase flow beyond a receipt.
What We Built
We restructured the funnel around three landed offers instead of one, rebuilt prospecting as a consolidated campaign with a weekly creative sprint (five concepts in, one scaled out), and shifted the retention layer to segmented flows keyed on skin concern rather than purchase date. Search and AIO content picked up the branded demand the paid layer was creating, so incremental spend stopped cannibalising organic revenue.
The Outcome
Nine months in, monthly revenue crossed AED 310k at a blended ROAS of 4.2x — with 38% of it coming from returning customers who previously never received a second touch.
